Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Global Business Link's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Global Business Link provides international freight and logistics services including:
- Container shipping (FCL and LCL)
- Vehicle export services
- RORO cargo transport
- Project cargo handling
- Warehousing and storage
- Inland transportation
- Export documentation support
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete shipping information
- Ensuring cargo complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Paying all charges as invoiced within the agreed timeframe
- Ensuring vehicles and goods do not contain prohibited items
- Providing valid export documentation
4. Prohibited Items
Customers agree that all shipments do not include any hazardous material, flammable objects/substances including but not limited to batteries, propane tanks, explosives, illegal drugs, or any other prohibited items. Customers hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Business Link for any claim resulting from shipping illegal materials.
5. Liability Limitations
Global Business Link's liability is limited as described in the International Shipping Agreement signed by customers. While we make every reasonable effort to safely transport cargo, we are not liable for damage resulting from ocean transit, port handling, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Storage Policy
Storage of vehicles will be allowed one week free, then charged at a rate of $30 per day. Storage of goods will be allowed one week free, then charged at a rate of $1.00 per cubic meter per day.
7. Payment Terms
Payment of the invoice in full is due before arrival of the shipment to its final destination. If the shipment has been at destination for thirty (30) days or more without payment, Global Business Link reserves the right to change the consignee to an entity of their choosing.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
